喉罩是在80年代中期研制成功并应用于临床的,我国在90年代将喉罩引入医学临床,至今已经在医学临床中广泛应用,其适用范围正在逐渐扩大。随着医疗水平的逐渐发展,传统的第一、第二代喉罩已经无法满足新时期患者需求。2000年Brain在总结经验的基础上发明了第三代喉罩,随着科技的进步,第三代喉罩实现了多种转型,具有操作简单、降低并发症发生率、置管成功率高等优势。为患者建立了更加安全的呼吸道通气,进一步提高患者的生存质量。本篇文章主要是对喉罩的应用进展进行的研究,旨在为今后临床应用提供参考。
