重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗仪对双相情感障碍稳定期患者认知功能的影响研究

Effects of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(rTMS)on Cognitive Function of Patients with Bipolar Disorder at Stable Stage

目的:研究在双相情感障碍(BD)患者的治疗中采用重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年5月在本院治疗的BD患者124例,依据奇数偶数分组法,将其分成观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组采取药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用rTMS治疗,比较两组疗效、PANSS评分、Wsiconsin卡片分类测验(WCST)评分。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.55%高于对照组的80.65%,P<0.05;观察组阳性症状、阴性症状以及一般病理症状评分均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗后的WCST各项评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在BD患者的治疗中,采用rTMS治疗,可有效改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的认知功能。

Objective:To study the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on cognitive function in the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder(BD).Methods:A total of 124 BD patients treated in our hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to odd and even grouping method,62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was treated with rTMS on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,PANSS score and Wsiconsin card Classification Test(WCST)score of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 93.55%higher than that of control group 80.65%,P<0.05;The scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The WCST scores of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of BD patients,rTMS treatment can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the cognitive function of patients.
