超声弹性成像联合核磁共振成像检查在乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound Elastography Combined with Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Breast Cancer Patients

目的:研究超声弹性成像联合核磁共振成像在乳腺癌患者中的诊断效果。方法:纳入2019年8月~2020年1月在本院接受治疗的40例乳腺癌患者为观察对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组20例,采用超声弹性成像诊断;观察组20例,在对照组基础上联合应用核磁共振成像诊断,对两组患者的诊断效果、满意度进行对比。结果:观察组诊断效果、患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05);两种检查方式结合后,误诊率、漏诊率明显降低。结论:将超声弹性成像联合核磁共振成像应用于乳腺癌患者确诊准确率极高,降低误诊、漏诊发生率。

Objective:To study the diagnostic effect of ultrasound elastography combined with magnetic resonance imaging in breast cancer patients.Methods:The 40 breast cancer patients who will be treated in our hospital will be admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to January 2020.They will be randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.20 patients in the control group will use ultrasound elasticity.Imaging diagnosis;20 cases in the observation group were diagnosed with MRI on the basis of the control group,and the diagnosis effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnosis effect and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05);after the combination of the two inspection methods,the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were significantly reduced.Conclusion:The use of ultrasound elastography combined with MRI in breast cancer patients has a very high diagnostic accuracy rate and reduces the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
