低剂量CT扫描技术在头颈部CTA中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价低剂量CT扫描技术用于头颈部CTA(CT血管造影)检查中的价值,以提高头颈部CTA检查质量、降低辐射风险。方法:选择2018年9月~2019年8月本院收治的疑似头颈部动脉血管性病变患者(n=86),进行随机数字表法分组,对照组、观察组各43例。对照组患者行常规剂量CT扫描CTA检查,观察组患者行低剂量CT扫描CTA检查,比较2组受检患者的辐射剂量、图像噪声、图像质量情况。结果:组间辐射剂量比较,观察组CTDIvol、DLP低于对照组,P<0.05。组间图像噪声以及图像质量评分比较,观察组与对照组接近,P>0.05。结论:常规剂量与低剂量CT扫描技术用于头颈部CTA检查中可获得相近的图像噪声、图像质量评分。但是,就辐射剂量比较,低剂量CT扫描技术更具优势,进一步提高了受检患者的安全性。 Objective:To evaluate the value of low-dose CT scanning technology in head and neck CTA(CT angiography)examination,so as to improve the quality of head and neck CTA examination and reduce the radiation risk.Methods:Selected patients with suspected head and neck arterial vascular disease(n=86)admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019,were grouped by random number table,with 43 cases in the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group underwent conventional-dose CT scan CTA examination,and patients in the observation group underwent low-dose CT scan CTA examination.The radiation dose,image noise,and image quality of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,CTDIvol and DLP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of image noise and image quality scores between the groups showed that the observation group was close to the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Similar image noise and image quality scores can be obtained in head and neck CTA examination with conventional and low-dose CT scanning techniques.However,in terms of radiation dose comparison,low-dose CT scanning technology is more advantageous,which further improves the safety of patients under examination.
