冠脉CT血管造影诊断冠脉临界病变血管狭窄的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Coronary CT Angiography in the Diagnosis of Coronary Vascular Stenosis in Borderline Lesions

目的:分析冠脉CT血管造影诊断冠脉临界病变血管狭窄的具体价值。方法:选择2017年7月~2018年8月在本院接受治疗的40例冠脉临界病变血管狭窄患者为观察对象,所有患者采取冠脉CT血管造影诊断,诊断后对结果分析。结果:在本次研究中对冠脉临界病变血管狭窄的具体情况进行分析,40例患者中应用CT血管造影诊断确诊的患者有38例,诊断准确率是95%,数据资料分析可知,整体效果明显。结论:针对冠脉临界病变血管狭窄的患者实施冠脉CT血管造影诊断,可作为临床诊断、分析患者基本病情的重要依据。

Objective:To analyze the value of coronary CT angiography in diagnosing critical coronary artery stenosis.Methods:From July 2017 to August 2018,40 patients with coronary critical lesion vascular stenosis were selected as the objects.All patients were diagnosed by coronary CT angiography,and the results were analyzed after diagnosis.Results:In this study,the specific situation of coronary artery critical lesion vascular stenosis was analyzed.Among the 40 patients,38 patients were diagnosed by CT angiography,and the accurate diagnosis rate was 95%.Data analysis showed that the overall effect was obvious.Conclusion:Coronary CT angiography diagnosis can be used as an important basis for clinical diagnosis in patients with critical coronary artery disease vascular stenosis,and can be implemented and popularized by analyzing the basic condition of patients.
