喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在小儿麻醉中效果研究

Effect of Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia and Endotracheal Intubation Anesthesia in Pediatric Anesthesia

目的:探讨气管插管与喉罩麻醉在小儿麻醉中效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月在本院行手术治疗的84例患儿,根据不同麻醉气道保护方式分为2组,对照组(n=42)接受气管插管麻醉,观察组(n=42)接受喉罩麻醉,对比两组患儿置入情况和各时间段血流动力学变化以及并发症发生率。结果:两组患儿置入时间、拔管时间、清醒时间对比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组置入时、置入后、拔除后MAP、HR对比无差异(P>0.05);对照组置入时、置入后、拔除后MAP、HR对比差异明显(P<0.05);两组患儿咽喉疼痛、喉痉挛、呛咳发生率对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:喉罩麻醉可降低对小儿麻醉的影响,舒适性好;且操作简便,并发症少,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of endotracheal intubation and laryngeal mask anesthesia in pediatric anesthesia.Methods:A total of 84 children who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different anesthesia airway protection methods.The control group(n=42)received tracheal intubation anesthesia,and the observation group(n=42)received laryngeal mask anesthesia.The implantation status,hemodynamic changes and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in the time of implantation,time of extubation and time of awakening between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no difference between MAP and HR in the observation group at the time of implantation,after implantation and after removal(P>0.05).There were significant differences in MAP and HR in the control group at the time of implantation,after implantation and after removal(P<0.05).The incidence of laryngopharyngeal pain,laryngospasm and choking was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia can reduce the influence of anesthesia on children,comfortable;It is easy to operate,less complications,high safety.
