无创呼吸机对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征防治的效果和安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Non-Invasive Ventilator in the Prevention and Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的:探析在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)防治的过程中无创呼吸机的应用效果与安全性。方法:纳入2019年6月~2020年6月本院收治的NRD患儿78例,根据双色球法实现患儿的1:1分组,其中39例患儿为观察组,其治疗方法为无创呼吸机,另外39例患儿为对照组,其治疗方法为常规机械通气治疗。结果:观察组患儿治疗效果显著优于对照组患儿,P<0.05。治疗后两组患儿相关血气指标存在显著差异,P<0.05。观察组患儿氧疗、用机与住院时间均短于对照组患儿,P<0.05。统计学分析两组患儿并发症发生率后发现,其差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在NRDS患儿防治的过程中无创呼吸机的运用取得了相对理想的治疗效果与安全性,有助于患儿血气指标的改善与治疗时间的缩短,减少了并发症的出现。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of non-invasive ventilator in the prevention and treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:A total of 78 children with NRD admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled.The children were divided into 1:1 groups according to the two-color ball method.Among them,39 children were in the observation group.The treatment method was non-invasive ventilator.The other 39 children served as the control group,and their treatment was conventional mechanical ventilation.Results:The treatment effect of children in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.There were significant differences in blood gas indexes between the two groups of children after treatment,P<0.05.The oxygen therapy,machine use and hospitalization time of children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.After statistical analysis of the incidence of complications in the two groups of children,it was found that the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of prevention and treatment of children with NRDS,the application of non-invasive ventilator has achieved relatively ideal therapeutic effect and safety,which is conducive to the improvement of blood gas index of children and the shortening of treatment time,as well as reducing the occurrence of complications.
