腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的疗效及安全性观察

Therapeutic Effects and Safety of Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy in Prostatic Cancer

目的:探讨腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法:以2017年2月~2020年2月本院收治的80例前列腺癌患者为此次研究对象,按照随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组行开放式前列腺癌根治术,观察组则行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术,比较两组临床疗效及安全性,结果:观察组手术时长短于对照组,术中失血量低于对照组,术后24h疼痛评分低于对照组,导尿管留置时长和住院时长均短于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率和疾病复发率均低于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:采取腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的疗效显著,出血量少,术后恢复快,效果精准且安全性高。

Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effects and safety of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in prostatic cancer(PCa).Methods:The 80 prostate cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were the subjects of this study.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with open radical prostatectomy;the study group was treated with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Surgical effects and safety were probed.Results:Operation time in the study group was shorter than control group;intraoperative bleeding volume was smaller than control group;after 24h of surgery,pain scores in the study group were lower than control group;the catheter indwelling time and hospital stays were shorter than control group(P<0.05);the complication rate and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is proven to be more effective,which can reduce the bleeding volume,promote the fast recovery,and increase the surgical effects and safety.
