关节镜治疗足跖筋膜炎及跟骨骨刺在临床运用及效果评价

Clinical Application and Effect Evaluation of Arthroscopic Treatment of Plantar Fascitis and Calcaneal Bone Spur

目的:对关节镜治疗足跖筋膜炎及跟骨骨刺的效果进行探究,旨在提升该患者治疗水平。方法:按照抽样方法对2018年9月~2020年1月本院收治的足跖筋膜炎及跟骨骨刺患者开展研究,共38例,均采取关节镜治疗,现借助视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Footand Ankle Society,AO-FAS)踝与后足功能评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory74,GQOLI-74)分别评估患者术前及术后的疼痛状况、患足功能、生活质量,由此综合评估关节镜技术的推广价值。结果:术后患者VAS评分(1.25±0.43)分低于术前(5.33±1.27)分,但踝与后足功能评分(82.17±7.09)分、GQOLI-74评分(265.41±40.23)分高于术前(53.30±3.25)分、(189.57±21.30)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对足跖筋膜炎及跟骨骨刺患者采用关节镜治疗,可有效缓解疼痛症状,改善患足功能,优化生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of plantar fasciitis and calcaneal bone spur,so as to improve the treatment level of the patient.Methods:According to the sampling method,the patients with plantar fasciitis and calcaneal spurs admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to January 2020 were studied.A total of 38 cases were treated with arthroscopy,now with the help of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),American Orthopedic Footand Ankle Society(AO-FAS)ankle and hindfoot function scores,and the Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire(Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74,GQOLI-74)evaluates the patient's pain,foot function,and quality of life before and after surgery,thereby comprehensively assessing the promotion value of arthroscopic technology.Results:VAS score of postoperative patients(1.25±0.43)was lower than preoperative(5.33±1.27),but ankle and hindfoot function score(82.17±7.09)and GQOLI-74 score(265.41±40.23)were higher than preoperative(53.30±3.25)and(189.57±21.30)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopy for patients with plantar fasciitis and calcaneal spur can effectively relieve pain symptoms,improve foot function and optimize quality of life.
