摘要
目的:探讨公立医院耗材的精细化管理。方法:通过建立专科经营助理管理体系、建设医用耗材信息化系统、规范耗材监管程序、加强耗材安全管理等方法,加强对医用耗材的全流程监管。结果:通过多种措施加强了对医用耗材的全流程管理,实现了耗材的精细化管理。结论:重视医用耗材监管,逐步建立医用耗材的精细化管理体系,对推进公立医院建设现代医院管理体系有积极促进作用。
Objective:To explore the fine management of consumables in public hospitals.Methods:The supervision of the whole process of medical consumables will be strengthened through the implementation of the specialist operation assistant system,the establishment of medical consumables information management system,the standardization of consumables management process,the strengthening of consumables safety management and other methods.Results:The whole process management of the medical consumables will be strengthened through a variety of measures to achieve the fine management of consumables.Conclusion:It will play a positive role in promoting the establishment of modern hospital management system in public hospitals by attaching importance to the management of medical consumables and gradually realizing the fine management of medical consumables.
