组合式外固定支架联合锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 四肢骨折是日常中较为常见的骨科临床病症,其治疗难度较大,恢复周期较长,且可能伴有多种并发症。患者在骨折后周围的血管、软组织都受到破坏。因此,在患者骨折后,为其选择合适的固定方式,能够最大程度的提高患者手术治疗的效果,对患者术后恢复也有着重要意义。组合式外固定支架、锁定加压钢板内固定均为临床治疗四肢骨折常用手段,随着临床金属材料、固定手术的不断发展,固定手术安全性及稳定性也越来越好。单一固定手术难以满足手术需求,在确保固定手术安全的前提下,理论上组合式外固定支架联合锁定加压钢板内固定相较于单一固定手术治疗具有更显著的固定优势。因此本研究将对组合式外固定支架联合锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床研究进展进行综述。 Limb fracture is a common orthopedic clinical disorder in daily life.It is difficult to treat,requires a long recovery period,and may be accompanied by a variety of complications.The blood vessels and soft tissues around the patient were damaged after the fracture.Therefore,selecting the appropriate fixation method for patients after fracture can maximize the effect of surgical treatment of patients and is also of great significance for patients’postoperative recovery.Combined external fixation bracket and locking compression plate internal fixation are common means for clinical treatment of limb fractures.With the continuous development of clinical metal materials and fixation surgery,the safety and stability of fixation surgery are getting better and better.Single fixation surgery is difficult to meet the surgical needs.On the premise of ensuring the safety of fixation surgery,in theory,the combined external fixation bracket and locking compression plate internal fixation has more significant fixation advantages than single fixation surgery.Therefore,in this study,we will review the clinical research progress of combined external fixator and locking compression plate internal fixation for the treatment of limb fractures.
