胃癌是临床常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率极高,严重危及生命安全。手术是目前治疗胃癌的主要手段之一,以往临床所采取的传统开腹根治术对患者创伤较大,术后恢复缓慢。近年来随着微创理念的发展和腔镜技术的完善,腔镜辅助胃癌根治术逐渐应用于临床治疗,取得良好效果。本文将对胃癌患者进行腹腔镜手术治疗的特征及应用进展进行综述。

Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract in clinical practice,with a very high mortality rate and a serious threat to life safety.Surgery is currently one of the main methods for the treatment of gastric cancer.The traditional radical laparotomy used in clinical practice in the past is more traumatic for patients and slow recovery after surgery.In recent years,with the development of minimally invasive concepts and the improvement of endoscopic technology,endoscopic-assisted radical gastric cancer surgery has gradually been applied in clinical treatment and achieved good results.This article will review the characteristics and application progress of laparoscopic surgery in patients with gastric cancer.
