随着我国人口老龄化进程的不断推进,高血压疾病的发病率也逐渐增加。高血压不仅是临床常见心血管疾病,更是诱发心脑血管疾病的重要因素,持续高血压状态导致心脑血管疾病发生风险明显提高,冠心病合并高血压患者人数也随之提高。在临床诊疗过程中,血压水平监测是必不可少的关键环节,如何准确监测患者不同时间段的血压水平,已经成为临床关注的焦点。而24h动态血压检测(ABPM),正是这些研究成果的体现。因此,对24hABPM在冠心病合并高血压患者的应用进展进行分析有着重要意义。

With the continuous progress of the aging process of our population,the incidence rate of hypertension diseases is also increasing.Hypertension is not only a common clinical cardiovascular disease,but also an important factor in inducing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is significantly increased due to persistent hypertension,and the number of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension is also increased.In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,blood pressure monitoring is an essential key link.How to accurately monitor the blood pressure level of patients in different periods has become the focus of clinical attention.24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)is the embodiment of these research results.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the application progress of 24h ABPM in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.
