组合式外固定器在复杂四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的:分析组合式固定器在复杂四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法:从本院2018年3月~2019年3月接诊的复杂四肢骨折患者中选择88例。根据接诊时间先后将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组患者例数均为44例。对照组患者采用内固定技术治疗,观察组患者采用组合式外固定器治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:统计比较两组患者骨折愈合优良率,观察组患者骨折愈合优良率高于对照组,观察组为95.5%,对照组为79.5%,数据差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义;且观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,数据比较P<0.05,符合统计学意义。结论:针对复杂四肢骨折患者,相比内固定技术,外固定技术效果更好,且在组合式外固定器下可明显提高骨折愈合率,减少并发症产生。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of combined fixator in the treatment of complex limb fracture.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,88 patients with complex limb fractures were selected.According to the time of reception,the patients were divided into two groups,44 cases in the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with internal fixation technology,and patients in the observation group were treated with combined external fixator.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent rate of fracture healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,95.5%in the observation group and 79.5%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with internal fixation,external fixation is more effective for patients with complex limb fractures,and it can significantly improve the fracture healing rate and reduce complications under the combined external fixator.
