中医定向透药仪改善膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能的临床效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨膝骨性关节炎患者在通过中医定向透药仪联合磁疗后,膝关节功能的改善情况。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年12月本院膝骨性关节炎患者40例为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组(n=20),对照组给予小针刀治疗,观察组联合中医定向透药仪治疗,对照VAS评分、WMOAC评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组VAS评分下降明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后WMOAC评分均有降低,且观察组WMOAC评分下降明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率95%高于对照组70%(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀治疗+中医定向透药仪治疗可改善膝骨性关节炎患者的疼痛度,减轻膝关节炎症,促进关节功能的恢复。 Objective:To investigate the improvement of knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis after traditional Chinese medicine directed penetration instrument combined with magnetic therapy.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,40 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment method(n=20).The control group was treated with a small needle knife,and the observation group was treated with a TCM directional permeabilizer.The VAS score,WMOAC score and clinical efficacy were compared.Results:After treatment,the decrease of VAS score in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,WMOAC scores were all decreased,and the decrease of WMOAC scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of observation group was 95%higher than that of control group 70%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small needle knife therapy+targeted penetration instrument therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the pain degree of patients with knee osteoarthritis,reduce knee inflammation,and promote the recovery of joint function.
