冷光源反角涡轮机微创拔除下颌水平阻生牙的效果评价 被引量:1

Effect Evaluation of Minimally Invasive Extraction of Horizontal Impacted Mandibular Teeth by Cold Light Source Inverse Angle Turbine

摘要 目的:评价下颌水平阻生牙患者采取冷光源反角涡轮机微创拔除治疗的效果与安全性情况,为口腔科疾病治疗工作提供参考。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年4月本院口腔科收治的下颌水平阻生牙患者100例。根据治疗方法,采取随机数字表法分组治疗,对照组与观察组各50例。对照组下颌水平阻生牙患者采取传统拔牙法治疗,观察组下颌水平阻生牙患者采取冷光源反角涡轮机微创拔除治疗,对比2组患者的并发症情况、拔牙时间、畏惧感情况。结果:组间拔牙时间以及干槽症、断根、张口受限等并发症情况比较,观察组均少于对照组,P<0.05;组间畏惧感情况比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对比传统拔牙治疗,冷光源反角涡轮机微创拔除下颌水平阻生牙效果显著,且拔牙时间短、安全性高、患者接受度高。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive extraction with cold light source inverse Angle turbine for mandibular impacted teeth,and to provide reference for the treatment of oral diseases.Methods:A total of 100 patients with impacted mandibular teeth admitted to the department of stomatology of our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were selected.According to the treatment method,the randomized number table method was used for grouping treatment,and 50 cases were treated in each control group and observation group.In the control group,the patients with mandibular horizontal impacted teeth were treated with traditional tooth extraction method,while in the observation group,the patients with mandibular horizontal impacted teeth were treated with cold light source inverse Angle turbine minimally invasive extraction treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the tooth extraction time and the complications of dry slot,root fracture and limited mouth opening were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional tooth extraction treatment,the minimally invasive extraction of horizontal impacted mandibular teeth by cold light source inverse Angle turbine has a significant effect,and the time of tooth extraction is short,the safety is high,and the patient acceptance is high.
