比较自锁托槽、隐适美矫治器正畸后患者在最初1周疼痛感的具体情况

To Compare the Pain Sensation in the First 1 Week After Orthodontic Treatment with Self-Locking Bracket and Implicit Beauty Orthodontic Device

目的:对比自锁托槽、隐适美矫治器对正畸治疗后患者最初1周的疼痛程度。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年3月收治的70例正畸治疗的患者,将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用自锁托槽矫治器,观察组应用隐适美矫治器,比较两组治疗后1周VAS疼痛评分及治疗前后炎症因子水平。结果:观察组治疗后12h、1d、3d、5d、1周VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-1、PGE2均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸治疗后采用隐适美矫治器不仅可以有效减轻患者的疼痛感,还能降低其炎症因子水平,促进其牙齿的恢复速度。

Objective:To compare the pain degree of the patients after orthodontic treatment with self-locking bracket and hidden appliance.Methods:70 patients treated with orthodontic treatment from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with self-locking bracket appliance and observation group with hidden beauty appliance.The pain score and inflammatory factor level before and after VAS treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 12h,1d,3d,5d,and 1 week after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group's TNF-α,IL-1,and PGE2 were all lower than those of the control group after treatment In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After orthodontic treatment,the use of hidden beauty appliance can not only effectively alleviate the pain of patients,but also reduce the level of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery rate of their teeth.
