摘要
目的:探究基于气相色谱-声表面波传感器联用技术的中医脾胃证候辨识。方法:将于2019年2月~2020年9月在本院接受治疗的150例脾胃功能异常患者作为观察对象,通过专家医师进行会诊确诊患者病情,同时采集所有患者的呼出气,用气相色谱-声表面波传感器联用技术分析采集到的呼出气。观察分析气相色谱-声表面波传感器联用技术对患者呼出气分析结果的准确情况。结果:该气相色谱-声表面波传感器联用技术对150例患者的呼出气进行了处理分析后,对脾气虚诊断的准确率为88.46%;脾胃湿热为92.59%;脾胃虚寒为90.48%;胃阴虚为84.21%;胃热诊断为82.86%;大肠湿热为93.75%;肝脾不和为83.33%。该系统对脾胃异常症状诊断的准确率均超过80%。结论:通过气相色谱-声表面波传感器联用技术,探索出一种能够通过对患者的呼出气进行分析处理,来辨别患者是否患有脾胃证候的新型临床闻诊手段,该方法具有应用价值和实际意义。
Objective:To explore the identification of TCM spleen and stomach syndrome based on gas chromatography surface acoustic wave sensor technology.Methods:150 patients with abnormal spleen and stomach dysfunction who will be treated in our hospital from February 2019 to September 2020 will be the observation objects.The patient's condition will be confirmed through consultation with expert physicians.At the same time,the exhaled breath of all patients will be collected,and gas chromatography-surface acoustic wave sensor combined with technology to analyze the collected exhaled breath.Observe and analyze the accuracy of the analysis results of the patient's exhaled breath by the gas chromatography-surface acoustic wave sensor combined technology.Results:After the gas chromatography-surface acoustic wave sensor combined technology processed and analyzed the exhaled breath of 150 patients,the accuracy of the diagnosis of spleen-qi deficiency was 88.46%;Spleen and stomach damp-heat is 92.59%;Deficiency of the spleen and stomach is 90.48%;Stomach Yin deficiency is 84.21%;The diagnosis of stomach fever was 82.86%;Damp heat of the large intestine is 93.75%;The discordance of liver and spleen was 83.33%.The accuracy of this system in the diagnosis of abnormal symptoms of the spleen and stomach exceeds 80%.Conclusion:Through the gas chromatography surface acoustic wave sensor combined technology,to explore a new method of clinical olfactory diagnosis which can identify whether the patient has spleen and stomach syndrome by analyzing and processing the patient’s exhaled breath.This method has application value and practical significance.
