经尿道前列腺电切术治疗复发性前列腺囊腺瘤的临床研究及对患者术后康复影响

Clinical Research of Transurethral Resection of Prostate in Treatment of Recurrent Prostatic Cystadenoma and Its Influence on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients

目的:分析复发性前列腺囊腺瘤患者应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的临床疗效及对患者术后康复的影响。方法:择取本院于2018年1月~2020年1月时间段内,收治的复发性前列腺囊腺瘤患者30例进行研究,采取前列腺开放手术治疗患者(15例)归为对照组,采取经尿道前列腺电切术治疗患者(15例)归为观察组,观察两组患者的临床疗效和术后康复情况。结果:观察组患者的术后国际前列腺症状评分表(I-PSS)评分、最大尿流率(Q-max)、膀胱残余尿量(PVR)等治疗指标均优于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率为2.0%,明显低于对照组的7.0%;观察组治疗后躯体功能、社会功能、情感角色、总体健康等方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组,以上组间数据差异较为显著(P<0.05)。结论:临床上治疗复发性前列腺囊腺瘤患者应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗疗效确切,能够减少患者术后并发症,利于改善患者预后和提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of transurethral resection of prostate in treatment of recurrent prostatic cystadenoma and its influence on postoperative rehabilitation of patients.Methods:30 cases of patients with recurrent prostatic cystadenoma and who treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research,15 cases of patients who underwent open prostatectomy were selected as the control group,15 cases of patients who underwent transurethral resection of prostate were selected as the observation group.Then,the clinical effect and postoperative rehabilitation of two groups of patients were observed.Results:The International Prostate Symptom Scale(I-PSS),maximum urinary flow rate(Q-max)and residual urine volume(PVR)in the observation group were better than those in the control group;The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(2.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.0%);The scores of quality of life in physical function,social function,emotional role and general health after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the above groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of transurethral resection of prostate in clinical treatment of recurrent prostatic cystadenoma are exact,which can reduce postoperative complications,improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life.
