鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Non-Invasive Fungal Sinusitis

目的:分析非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎治疗中采用鼻内镜手术的临床效果。方法:于2017年3月~2019年3月随机选取本院就诊的104例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为2组,对比组予以传统柯-陆氏手术治疗,实验组实施鼻内镜手术治疗,并对两组黏膜恢复时间、鼻腔通气时间、疼痛评分、Lund-Kennedy评分、随访12个月后复发率予以比较。结果:实验组黏膜恢复与鼻腔通气的时间比对比组少(P<0.05);治疗后两组疼痛与Lund-Kennedy的评分均比治疗前低,且实验组疼痛与Lund-Kennedy的评分比对比组低(P<0.05);实验组随访12个月后复发率低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎治疗中采用鼻内镜手术的临床效果显著,可改善患者的症状与疼痛程度,缩短康复时间,减少复发率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,104 patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis were randomly selected from our hospital and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional Korotnikov surgery,while the experimental group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.The mucosal recovery time,nasal ventilation time,pain score,Lund-Kennedy score and recurrence rate after 12 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for mucosa recovery and nasal ventilation in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain and Lund-Kennedy in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores of pain and Lund-Kennedy in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis is significant,which can improve the symptoms and pain degree of patients,shorten the recovery time and reduce the recurrence rate.
