无创呼吸机在急性心功能衰竭患者中临床应用价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Application Value of Noninvasive Ventilator in Patients with Acute Heart Failure

目的:分析无创呼吸机在急性心功能衰竭患者中临床应用价值。方法:在2018年1月~2020年1月选择本院收治的60例急性心功能衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。两组患者均采用综合治疗措施,观察组患者在此基础上,配合采用无创呼吸机。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组,肺功能疗效明显改善情况优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前,pH、SaO_(2)对比无差异(P>0.05);在治疗后,观察组的SaO_(2)明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);但观察组pH值对比对照组,差异并无意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性心功能衰竭患者在接受治疗期间,配合使用无创机械通气进行治疗,能够有效提高患者心肺功能,更好地改善患者血氧状态。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of non-invasive ventilator.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with acute heart failure in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with comprehensive treatment measures,and patients in the observation group were again treated with non-invasive ventilator.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the effect of pulmonary function improvement was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in pH,SaO_(2) values between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the values of SaO_(2) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in pH value between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with acute heart failure,combined with the use of five invasive mechanical ventilation for treatment,can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients,better improve the patient’s blood oxygen status,has great clinical promotion value.
