双能X射线骨密度仪不同扫描方式对腰椎骨密度测量的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究双能X射线骨密度仪不同扫描方式对腰椎骨密度测量的效果。方法:将本院治疗的60例骨密度检查患者作为此次研究对象,患者检测时间在2018年1月~2019年1月,将其随机平均分为对照组和观察组及研究组,对照组20例患者身体平躺,采用OneScan(一次性扫描、无需海绵垫块)扫描模式;观察组20例患者不选择OneScan扫描模式,研究组20例患者下肢放在海绵垫块上,不选择OneScan扫描模式,对三组患者的诊断效果、患者满意度进行对比。结果:研究组扫描模式所得第2、3、4腰椎及4节腰椎的平均BMD值比对照组、观察组扫描模式所得对应区域的平均BMD值小;研究组扫描模式所得第2、3、4腰椎及4节腰椎的平均t值比对照组、观察组扫描模式所得对应区域的平均t值小。结论:采用OneScan扫描模式对骨密度患者进行检测,腰椎的骨密度值较为准确。 Objective:To study the effect of different scanning methods of dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer on the measurement of lumbar spine bone density.Methods:60 patients with bone mineral density examination treated in our hospital were taken as the research object.The patients were tested from January 2018 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into control group,observation group and research group.20 patients in the control group lay flat and used onescan(one-time scanning without sponge cushion)scanning mode.20 patients in the observation group did not choose onescan scanning mode,and 20 patients in the study group placed their lower limbs on sponge pads and did not choose onescan scanning mode.The diagnostic effects and patient satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results:The average BMD values of the second,third,fourth lumbar vertebrae and the fourth lumbar vertebrae obtained by the scan mode of the study group were smaller than the average BMD values of the corresponding areas obtained by the scan mode of the control group and the observation group;The average t value of 4 lumbar vertebrae and 4 lumbar vertebrae is smaller than the average t value of the corresponding area obtained by scanning mode of the control group and the observation group.Conclusion:The OneScan scan mode is used to detect bone mineral density in patients,and the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine is more accurate.
