高频超声联合CRP检测在诊断小儿阑尾炎的临床价值

The Clinical Value of high Frequency Ultrasound Combined with CRP Detection in the Diagnosis of Appendicitis in Children

目的:探究高频超声联合CRP在小儿阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择于2020年1月~2020年11月本院收治的小儿阑尾炎患者作为本次研究对象,共84例。经病理检查,已确诊此84例患儿均为小儿急性阑尾炎。患儿需分别进行高频超声检查与高频超声联合CRP检查,并与病理检验情况进行比较。结果:与金标准相比,高频超声检出率为89.29%,低于高频超声联合CRP检出率96.43%。且与金标准相比,高频超声联合CRP不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿阑尾炎的诊断中,使用高频超声联合CRP的方式能够显著提升诊断准确率,减少误诊、漏诊等情况发生,利于对患儿进行针对性治疗,效果确切。

Objective:To explore the application value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with CRP in the diagnosis of appendicitis in children.Methods:A total of 84 cases of pediatric appendicitis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.After pathological examination,it has been confirmed that the 84 cases of children are all children with acute appendicitis.Children need to undergo high-frequency ultrasound examination and high-frequency ultrasound combined with CRP examination respectively,and compare with the pathological examination.Results:Compared with the gold standard,the detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound was 89.29%,which was lower than the detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound combined with CRP of 96.43%.And compared with the gold standard,high-frequency ultrasound combined with CRP is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of appendicitis in children,the use of high-frequency ultrasound combined with CRP can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy,reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis,etc.,which is conducive to targeted treatment of children with definite results.
