肺部B超检查在小儿肺炎诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:对肺部B超检查在小儿肺炎诊断中的应用及价值作用进行研究。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院48例肺炎患儿作为观察组,同期选取本院48例非小儿肺炎患儿作为对照组,均实施肺部B超检查与胸部X线检查,对比两组检查结果。结果:观察组患儿采用肺部B超检查显示阳性率为97.9%,胸部X线检查阳性率为100.0%;对照组患儿采用肺部B超检查显示阳性率为4.2%,胸部X线检查无一例阳性;同一检查方式中两组患儿的阳性率对比存在较为明显的差异(P<0.05),但两种检查方式在各组患儿疾病检查诊断中的结果对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:肺部B超检查在小儿肺炎诊断中应用具有较为显著的价值作用,能够根据患儿的肺部B超检查征象变化,对其病症情况进行准确判断,从而提高患儿疾病诊断准确率。 Objective:To study the application and value of B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,48 children with pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 48 children with non-pediatric pneumonia in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,and lung B-ultrasonography and chest X-ray examination were performed.,Compare the two inspection results.Results:The positive rate of lung B-ultrasound in the observation group was 97.9%,and the positive rate of chest X-ray was 100.0%;In the control group,lung B-ultrasound examination showed a positive rate of 4.2%,and no chest X-ray examination was positive;There was a significant difference in the positive rate of the two groups of children in the same examination method(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the results of the two examination methods in the diagnosis of diseases in each group of children(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children has a significant value.It can accurately judge the disease condition according to the change of the signs of B-ultrasonography in children’s lungs,so as to improve the accuracy rate of disease diagnosis in children.
