CT影像诊断对直肠癌临床术前分期价值分析

Analysis of the Value of CT Imaging Diagnosis in Clinical Staging of Rectal Cancer

目的:研究CT影像诊断技术对直肠癌临床术前分期的诊断价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年12月到本院进行治疗的75例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者手术之前进行CT影像学诊断分期,并将所得的结果和临床病理诊断结果进行比较。结果:手术以后病理显示,存在T1期到T2期患者35例,T3期患者29例,T4期患者11例,进行CT影像学诊断,得出T1期到T2期患者34例,T3期患者27例,T4期患者9例,还有5例患者术前不能进行准确分期,进行差异性比较,P>0.05,无统计学差异。结论:通过CT影像诊断直肠癌可有效实现术前分期对患者的临床诊断和治疗工作发挥了重要的价值。

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of CT imaging diagnosis technique in clinical preoperative staging of rectal cancer.Methods:75 patients with rectal cancer who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed and staged by CT imaging before surgery,and the results were compared with the clinical pathological diagnosis results.Results:After the operation,pathology showed that there were 35 patients with T1 to T2,29 T3,11 T4.CT imaging diagnosis was performed,and 34 patients with T1 to T2 and 27 T3 patients were found.There were 9 patients with T4 stage,and 5 patients could not be accurately staged before operation.Differences were compared,P>0.05,no statistical difference.Conclusion:Diagnosis of rectal cancer by CT imaging can effectively achieve preoperative staging and play an important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
