骨关节病变患者X线及CT检查的价值研究

The Value of X-ray and CT Examination in Patients with Bone and Joint Disease

目的:探讨骨关节病变患者选用X线及CT检查的价值。方法:选择2018年12月~2020年2月收治的50例骨关节病变患者,均实施X线(对照组)、CT(观察组)检查,统计两种检查方案诊断准确率、检出率。结果:观察组诊断准确率(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),数据对比χ^(2)=7.5269,P<0.05。观察组检出率(100.00%)低于对照组(86.00%),数据对比χ^(2)=13.2549,P<0.05。结论:将多排螺旋CT应用于骨关节病变中可提高检出率及诊断准确率,为临床医师诊疗提供参考,可借鉴。

Objective:To explore the value of X-ray and CT examination in patients with bone and joint disease.Methods:50 patients with osteoarthropathy treated from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected.X-ray(control group)and CT(observation group)examinations were performed,and the diagnostic accuracy and detection rate of the two examination schemes were counted.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),data comparisonχ^(2)=7.5269,P<0.05.The detection rate of the observation group(100.00%)was lower than that of the control group(86.00%),data comparisonχ^(2)=13.2549,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of multi-slice spiral CT in bone and joint diseases can improve the detection rate and the accuracy of diagnosis,and provide a reference for clinicians in diagnosis and treatment.
