腹腔镜治疗急性穿孔性阑尾炎的价值评估

Evaluation of Laparoscopic Treatment of Acute Perforated Appendicitis

目的:分析探讨急性穿孔性阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜治疗取得的效果。方法:研究活动展开时间为2018年6月~2019年6月,选择该时间段接诊的急性穿孔性阑尾炎患者82例。根据患者入院时间先后分为两组,对照组和观察组患者数量均为41例。对照组患者实施开腹手术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:分析比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间,观察组患者各项指标均优于对照组,P<0.05,符合统计学意义;对比两组患者并发症发生率,观察组患者低于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:治疗急性穿孔性阑尾炎,腹腔镜手术可取得显著效果,缩短手术时间的同时减少术中出血量,有利于患者肠胃功能恢复,有效降低并发症产生。

Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic treatment on acute perforated appendicitis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,82 patients with acute perforated appendicitis were selected.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into two groups.The number of patients in the control group and the observation group were 41.The patients in the control group were treated by laparotomy,and the patients in the observation group were treated by laparoscopy.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups were analyzed and compared.All indexes of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute perforated appendicitis,laparoscopic surgery can achieve significant results,shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,which is conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal function and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
