内窥镜辅助隆胸整形手术治疗的临床作用及不良反应探讨

Clinical Effects and Adverse Reactions of Endoscopic Assisted Breast Augmentation and Plastic Surgery

目的:研究隆胸整形手术患者实施内窥镜辅助隆胸整形手术的效果。方法:择取64例本院纳入的隆胸整形手术患者,时间范围为2019年2月~2020年2月,利用随机数字表法对患者分为实验组与参照组,每组32例。参照组行常规植入隆胸手术,实验组行内窥镜辅助隆胸整形手术,讨论患者的手术相关指标、隆胸手术满意度评分及不良反应。结果:(1)实验组手术时长、切口愈合时长短于参照组,与参照组相比,实验组出血量、疼痛感评分较低,组间具有明显差异,P<0.05;(2)实验组手术满意度、愈合满意度、美观满意度评分高于参照组,组间具有明显差异,P<0.05;(3)实验组皮下气肿、血肿、感染、左右不对称等不良反应发生率(6.25%)低于参照组(28.13%),组间具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:内窥镜辅助隆胸整形手术效果显著,对患者的创伤较小,可缩短其愈合时长,降低不良反应发生比例。

Objective:To study the effect of endoscopic assisted thoracoplasty.Methods:64 patients with breast augmentation and plastic surgery were selected from our hospital.From February 2019 to February 2020,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,including 32 patients.The patients in the experimental group were treated with endoscopic assisted breast augmentation and plastic surgery to discuss the related indexes,satisfaction score and adverse reactions.Results:(1)The operation time and incision healing time of the experimental group were longer than those of the reference group.Compared with the reference group,the bleeding volume and pain score of the experimental group were lower,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).(2)The scores of operation satisfaction,healing satisfaction and aesthetic satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of subcutaneous emphysema,hematoma,infection and left-right asymmetry in the experimental group(6.25%)was lower than that in the reference group(28.13%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic assisted breast augmentation surgery has a significant effect on patients with less trauma,can shorten the healing time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
