研究压力泵治疗仪预防骨科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果

Objective to Study the Effect of Pressure Pump Therapeutic Instrument on Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Patients After Orthopedic Surgery

目的:分析压力泵治疗仪预防骨科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月在本院诊疗的30例骨科手术患者作为研究样本,划分2组,研究组和参照组各15例。对参照组予以药物治疗,对研究组予以压力泵治疗仪,对比下肢深静脉血栓发生率、治疗满意度。结果:研究组下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著低于参照组,数据检验差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗满意度,研究组显著高于参照组,数据检验差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨科患者予以压力泵治疗仪治疗可对下肢深静脉血栓的发生有效预防,较抗凝药物更具有优势。

Objective:To analyze the effect of pressure pump therapeutic apparatus on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after orthopedic surgery.Methods:30 cases of orthopedic surgery patients in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as research samples and divided into two groups,15 cases in the study group and 15 cases in the reference group.The control group was given drug treatment,and the study group was given pressure pump treatment instrument.The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and treatment satisfaction were compared.Results:The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthopedic patients treated with pressure pump therapy device can effectively prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,which has more advantages than anticoagulant drugs,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and practice.
