摘要
目的:结合物联网技术,提出医疗物联网的架构组成和建设思路,解决医院医疗服务问题。方法:研究物联网技术,在医院建设之初搭建相匹配的物联网环境,以提高医院管理能力和医疗服务质量。结果:医院所搭建的移动健康信息系统,由网络层、感知层和应用层三层架构组成,可实现患者体征参数与生命指征的自动获取和监测,为患者提供实时诊断分析。结论:基于医疗物联网的移动健康信息系统,可为实现智慧化保健医疗服务奠定基础。
Objective:Combining the Internet of Things technology,propose the architecture composition and construction ideas of the Internet of Medical Things to solve the problem of hospital medical services.Methods:Research the Internet of Things technology and build a matching Internet of Things environment at the beginning of the hospital construction to improve the hospital’s management capabilities and the quality of medical services.Results:The mobile health information system built by the hospital consists of a three-layer architecture of network layer,perception layer and application layer,which can realize the automatic acquisition and monitoring of patient’s physical sign parameters and vital signs,and provide patients with real-time diagnosis and analysis.Conclusion:The mobile health information system based on the medical Internet of Things can lay the foundation for the realization of intelligent health care and medical services.
