目的:探讨一次性耳温枪保护隔离装置在临床及防疫检测中的应用效果。方法:研发了一种一次性耳温枪保护隔离装置,已获实用新型专利,内部具有隔离空腔的隔离套主体,隔离套主体的内径由大端向小端逐渐变小,小端上设有测量通孔,隔离空腔通过测量通孔与外界相连通。不同患者测量耳温时,撕开灭菌后塑封的头端带孔的耳蜗保护隔离帽放入患者耳中,再用耳温枪插入耳内测量耳温,起到防护隔离作用。结果:在临床及防疫检测中应用测温准确,方便快捷;防止接触传播。结论:一次性耳温枪保护隔离装置在临床就诊患者测温及疫情防控检测中应用,可防止在测量耳温时耳温枪与患者耳道直接接触,降低了医护人员对耳温枪的消毒频率,延长了耳温枪的使用寿命,同时杜绝了不同患者之间交叉传染的问题。

Objective:To explore the application effect of disposable ear thermometer protective isolation device in clinical and epidemic prevention detection.Methods:Develop a disposable ear thermometer protective isolation device,which has obtained a utility model patent.The isolation sleeve body has an isolation cavity inside.The inner diameter of the isolation sleeve body gradually decreases from the large end to the small end,and there is a measurement on the small end Through hole,the isolation cavity communicates with the outside through the measuring through hole.When measuring ear temperature for different patients,tear off the sterilized plastic-sealed cochlear protective isolation cap with a hole at the head and put it into the patient’s ear,and then insert an ear thermometer into the ear to measure the ear temperature,which plays a protective and isolation role.Results:The application of temperature measurement in clinical and epidemic prevention testing is accurate,convenient and quick;to prevent contact transmission.Conclusion:The disposable ear thermometer protective isolation device is used in clinical patient temperature measurement and epidemic prevention and control detection,which can prevent the ear thermometer from directly contacting the patient’s ear canal when measuring ear temperature,and reduce the disinfection of the ear thermometer by medical staff The frequency extends the service life of the ear thermometer and eliminates the problem of cross-infection between different patients.
