摘要
目的:探讨低剂量螺旋CT在冠状动脉粥样硬化中诊断价值分析及剂量学研究。方法:纳入2020年7月~2020年12月本院收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化患者41例作为研究对象。所有患者均进行常规螺旋CT和低剂量多层螺旋CT检查。观察两组检测方法诊断价值与剂量学价值。结果:两组图像噪声评分、图像质量评分相比无差异,且两组诊断效能相比无差异(P>0.05),但低剂量螺旋CT射线剂量明显少于常规螺旋CT检查(P<0.05)。结论:在不影响图像质量,对图像噪声、冠状动脉粥样硬化诊断准确率的基础上,相比于常规螺旋CT检查方法,低剂量螺旋CT照射剂量更低,能够保证冠状动脉粥样硬化的诊断安全。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value analysis and dosimetry study of low-dose spiral CT in coronary atherosclerosis.Methods:From July 2020 to December 2020,41 patients with coronary atherosclerosis admitted to our hospital were included as the research object.All patients were examined by conventional spiral CT and low-dose multi-slice spiral CT.Observe the diagnostic value and dosimetry value of the two groups of detection methods.Results:There was no difference in image noise score and image quality score between the two groups,and there was no difference in diagnostic efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05),but the radiation dose of low-dose spiral CT was significantly less than that of conventional spiral CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of not affecting the image quality and the diagnostic accuracy of image noise and coronary atherosclerosis,low-dose helical CT has a lower radiation dose than conventional helical CT inspection methods,which can ensure the safety of the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerosis.
