多期多层螺旋CT增强扫描及重建技术在结肠癌术前评估中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析多期多层螺旋CT增强扫描及重建技术在结肠癌术前评估中的应用价值。方法:抽选2019年1月~2020年4月在本院就诊的41例结肠癌患者,术前为患者行多期多层螺旋CT增强扫描,将检查的结果与手术后病理检查结果比较。结果:MSCT术前诊断T分期准确37例,准确率是90.24%。MSCT术前诊断与病理诊断结果比较无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MSCT术前显示肿块边缘不规则、肠壁增厚及肠腔狭窄等结果与手术后病理诊断结果大致相同,不同诊断方式的结果无显著区别(P>0.05)。结论:多期多层螺旋CT增强扫描及重建技术在结肠癌患者中的应用,可发挥术前诊断及评估的作用,清晰患者的肿瘤情况及周围浸润情况,对其手术方案的优化设计有益。 Objective:To analyze the application value of multi-stage spiral CT enhanced scan and reconstruction in preoperative evaluation of colon cancer.Methods:41 patients with colon cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected and underwent multi-phase multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)enhanced scanning before surgery.The results were compared with the results of postoperative pathological examination.Results:The preoperative diagnosis of T staging was accurate in 37 cases with an accuracy of 90.24%.There was no significant difference between the preoperative diagnosis of MSCT and the pathological diagnosis,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Before MSCT,the results of irregular margins,intestinal wall thickening and intestinal lumen stenosis before MSCT were roughly the same as the pathological diagnosis after surgery,and there was no significant difference between the results of different diagnosis methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-stage spiral CT enhanced scanning and reconstruction technique in colon cancer patients can play the role of preoperative diagnosis and evaluation,clear the patient’s tumor status and surrounding infiltration,and is beneficial to the optimal design of the surgical program.
