Analysis of the Role of X-Ray Chest Film in Physical Examination

目的:探讨X射线胸部摄片在临床中体检的作用。方法:对2019年10月~2020年10月来本院进行健康体检的1600例体检者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有健康体检者均接受X射线胸部摄片进行检查,对患者的检查结果展开观察。结果:教师体检人数为1100人,阳性患者为14例(1.27%);政府公务员体检人数为200名,阳性患者人数为12例(6.00%);物业人员体检人数为300名,阳性患者人数为14例(4.67%);男性肺结核检出率(2.00%)明显高于女性肺结核检出率(0.78%),组间差异较为显著,存在统计分析意义(P<0.05)。结论:X射线胸部摄片在体检中检出肺结核的概率相对较高,但该检查方式存在一定的剂量辐射,因此应在临床中合理对其应用。

Objective:To explore the role of X-ray chest cameras in physical examination.Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 1600 patients who came to the hospital for a health check-up between October 2019 and October 2020 was carried out,and all health check-up patients were examined with X-ray chest cameras to observe the results.Results:1100 teachers,14 positive patients(1.27%),200 government civil servants,12 positive patients(6.00%),the number of positive patients was 12(6.00%);The number of physical examination of property personnel is 300,male tuberculosis detection rate(2.00%)was significantly higher than female tuberculosis detection rate(0.78%),the difference between groups is more significant,there is statistical analysis significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The probability of X-ray chest camera detecting tuberculosis in the physical examination is relatively high,but there is some dose radiation in the examination method,so it should be reasonably applied in clinical practice.
