超声检查在急性胰腺炎诊断中的成效分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Ultrasound Examination in the Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

目的:分析超声检查手段应用在急性胰腺炎诊断中的效果。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年3月本院收治的52例经病理诊断确诊为急性胰腺炎的患者作为调查对象,所有患者病理诊断之前常规进行超声检查,并且将超声检查结果和病理检查结果进行比较。结果:经过临床病理检验得出,存在间质水肿型胰腺炎24例,存在坏死型胰腺炎28例,经过超声检查得出,间质水肿型胰腺炎24例,坏死性胰腺炎患者27例,其中存在1例患者因图像不清晰而未能确诊,确诊率为98.08%。结论:对急性胰腺炎患者进行诊断时应用超声检查手段可以有效实现对于急性胰腺炎的判断,从而指导临床治疗。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods:52 patients who were diagnosed as acute pancreatitis by pathological diagnosis in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the subjects of investigation.All patients undergo routine ultrasound examination before pathological diagnosis,and compare the ultrasound examination results with the pathological examination results.Results:After clinical pathological examination,24 cases of interstitial edema-type pancreatitis and 28 cases of necrotic pancreatitis were found.After ultrasound examination,24 cases of edema-type pancreatitis and 27 cases of necrotizing pancreatitis were found 1 patient could not be diagnosed due to unclear image,the diagnosis rate was 98.08%.Conclusion:The application of ultrasound examination method in the diagnosis of patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively achieve the judgment of acute pancreatitis,thereby guiding clinical treatment.
