彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的准确率探讨

Study on the Accuracy of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的:探究下肢深静脉血栓形成实施彩色多普勒超声诊断的效果及准确率分析。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年12月本院收治的106例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各53例,对照组实行常规检查,观察组则采用彩色多普勒超声检查,观察并分析检查结果。结果:诊断准确率对比,观察组中静脉血流滞缓、静脉血液高凝和静脉壁损伤诊断的准确率分别为95.65%、90.91%和94.74%;与对照组的中71.43%、40.00%和63.64%相比,前者明显优于后者,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:应用彩色多普勒超声诊断效果明显,有效提高下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断率,具有易操作、安全便捷等优势。

Objective:To explore the effect and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.Methods:A total of 106 patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 53 cases in each group.The control group performed routine examinations,and the observation group used color multi Puller ultrasound inspection,observe and analyze the inspection results.Results:Compared with the diagnostic accuracy rate,the diagnostic accuracy rates of venous blood flow stagnation,venous blood hypercoagulation,and venous wall injury in the observation group were 95.65%,90.91%,and 94.74%,respectively;compared with 71.43%,40.00%and 63.64%in the control group,the former is significantly better than the latter,the difference is significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of color Doppler ultrasound has obvious diagnostic effects,effectively improving the diagnosis rate of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.It has the advantages of easy operation,safety and convenience.
