下肢深静脉血栓临床诊断中彩色多普勒超声诊断的应用及临床意义研究

Application and Clinical Significance of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs

目的:探究下肢深静脉血栓临床诊断中彩色多普勒超声诊断的应用及临床意义。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年6月本院收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者62例作为观察对象。均进行彩色多普勒超声诊断。结果:应用多普勒彩色超声对62例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行检查后,髂股静脉血栓13例,小腿肌肉静脉丛血栓3例,整个肢体累及35例;临床诊断中将静脉造影结果作为诊断金标准,利用多普勒彩色超声检查,其敏感性(89.1%),特异性(85.7%)。结论:将彩色多普勒超声应用下肢深静脉血栓的临床诊断中可以有效提高临床检出率、诊断的敏感性和特异性。

Objective:To explore the application and clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods:A total of 62 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as observation object.All patients were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography.Results:62 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs were examined by Doppler color ultrasound.There were 13 cases of iliofemoral vein thrombosis,3 cases of calf muscular venous plexus thrombosis,and 35 cases of whole limb involvement.In clinical diagnosis,the results of venous angiography were regarded as the gold diagnostic standard,and the sensitivity and specificity were 89.1%and 85.7%by Doppler color ultrasound.Conclusion:The application of color Doppler ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity can effectively improve the clinical detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis.
