喉罩通气全身麻醉在妇科腔镜手术中的麻醉效果

Anesthesia Effect of Laryngeal Mask Ventilation General Anesthesia in Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery

目的:探究喉罩通气全身麻醉在妇科腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法:选择2018年2月~2020年2月在沈阳市第五人民医院接受妇科腹腔镜手术的80例患者为研究对象,将患者按照其姓氏拼音首字母先后顺序编号,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为α组和β组(每组40例)。β组采用气管插管全身麻醉,α组采用喉罩通气全身麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果相关指标和并发症发生率。结果:α组拔管时间、复苏时间均短于β组,α组丙泊酚用量少于β组,P<0.05;α组并发症发生率为2.50%,低于β组(15.00%),P<0.05。结论:在妇科腹腔镜手术患者麻醉中,喉罩通气全身麻醉效果理想,患者恢复时间较短,全麻药物使用量少,且并发症发生率较低,更为安全。

Objective:To explore the anesthesia effect of laryngeal mask ventilation general anesthesia in gynecological endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Shenyang Fifth People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were numbered according to their surnames in alphabetical order,according to the method of random number table,they were randomly divided into two groups-groupαand groupβ(40 cases in each group).General anesthesia with tracheal intubation was used in groupβ,and general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation was used in groupα.The anesthesia effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of extubation and resuscitation in groupαwas shorter than that in groupβ,the dosage of propofol in groupαwas less than that in groupβ(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in groupαwas 2.50%,lower than that in groupβ(15.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The general anesthesia effect of laryngeal mask ventilation is ideal,the recovery time of patients is shorter,the use of general anesthesia drugs is less,and the complication rate is lower,which is more safe.
