呼吸衰竭患者临床治疗中应用无创呼吸机辅助治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Non-Invasive Ventilator-Assisted Therapy in Clinical Treatment of Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的:研究通过无创呼吸机辅助治疗呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:将2019年4月~2020年1月来本院接受治疗的92例呼吸衰竭患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者46例,治疗过程中分别采用无创呼吸机治疗和常规治疗手段进行治疗,对不同治疗效果进行统计和比较。结果:观察组治疗后,显效患者23例,有效患者21例,治疗有效率为95.65%,对照组治疗后显效20例,有效15例,治疗有效率为76.09%,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗以后的血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度和pH都明显比对照组更优,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论:通过无创呼吸机辅助治疗呼吸衰竭患者能有效提升患者治疗的总有效率,对改善患者的动脉血气水平发挥了重要作用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator-assisted treatment of patients with respiratory failure.Methods:92 patients with respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 46 patients in each group.Non-invasive ventilator therapy and conventional treatment were used during the treatment.Carry out treatment,and make statistics and comparison of different treatment effects.Results:After treatment in the observation group,23 cases were markedly effective and 21 cases were effective.The effective rate was 95.65%.After the treatment in the control group,20 cases were significantly effective and 15 cases were effective.The effective rate was 76.09%,P<0.05.Subsequent blood pressure partial pressure,arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure,blood oxygen saturation,and pH were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator-assisted treatment of patients with respiratory failure can effectively improve the total effective rate of patients’treatment.It plays an important role in improving the arterial blood gas level of patients.
