摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜胆囊手术中采用静吸复合麻醉和全凭静脉麻醉对应激反应的控制作用。方法:纳入2018年9月~2019年10月在本院行腹腔镜胆囊手术的76例患者为研究对象,根据不同的麻醉方法进行分组。观察组38例患者采取全凭静脉麻醉,对照组38例患者采取静吸复合麻醉。对比两组患者手术前、气管插管后、手术15min后以及拔管后心率、平均动脉压。结果:在心率上,气管插管后、拔管后观察组患者心率低于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05)。在平均动脉压上,手术15min后和拔管后观察组患者平均动脉压低于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:与静吸复合麻醉相比,全凭静脉麻醉应用于腹腔镜胆囊手术中麻醉效果更佳,且有助于减轻患者应激反应,促进患者术后快速恢复。
Objective:To study the effects of combined intravenous inhalation anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia on stress response during laparoscopic gallbladder surgery.Methods:The study period was from September 2018 to October 2019.The subjects of the study were 76 patients who underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in our hospital during this time period.They were grouped according to different anesthesia methods.38 patients in the observation group were given total intravenous anesthesia,and 38 patients in the control group were given intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia.Heart rate and mean arterial pressure were compared between the two groups before surgery,after endotracheal intubation,15 minutes after surgery and after extubation.Results:In terms of heart rate,the heart rate of the observation group after endotracheal intubation and extubation was lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of mean arterial pressure,the mean arterial pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 15 minutes after operation and after extubation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia,total intravenous anesthesia used in laparoscopic gallbladder surgery has a better anesthesia effect,helps to reduce the patient’s stress response,stabilizes the patient’s hemodynamics,and quickly restores blood glucose after surgery.
