观察开腹手术和腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症并存不孕症患者治疗中的临床价值

To Observe the Clinical Value of Laparotomy and Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Patients with Endometriosis Coexisting Infertility

目的:观察开腹手术和腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症并存不孕症患者治疗中的临床价值。方法:从2018年2月~2019年12月本院收治的子宫内膜异位症并存不孕症患者中,随机抽取160例作为实验的研究对象,将其随机划分为观察组80例,对照组80例。观察组进行腹腔镜手术,对照组实施开腹手术,两组在手术治疗后进行生活质量SF-36量表的评分。结果:对比手术前后两组子宫内膜异位症并存不孕症患者自身的生活质量水平,在手术治疗前,观察组的生活质量评分低于对照组,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在手术治疗之后,观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术与开腹手术都可以对子宫内膜异位症并存不孕症患者的手术治疗有积极的作用,但是腹腔镜手术对于患者的生活质量提高有着更好的效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical value of laparotomy and laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with endometriosis infertility.Methods:160 patients with endometriosis and infertility treated in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the research object of the experiment,and they were randomly divided into 80 cases in the observation group and 80 cases in the control group.The observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery and the control group underwent open surgery.The two groups were scored by SF-36 after surgical treatment.Results:The quality of life of the two groups of patients with endometriosis and infertility before and after operation was compared.Before operation,the quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the data difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After surgical treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both laparoscopic surgery and open surgery can play a positive role in the surgical treatment of patients with endometriosis and infertility,but laparoscopic surgery has a better effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
