宫腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy on Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的:探究宫腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的应用效果。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者66例,并于2019年1月~2020年2月开展本实验。随机盲选的方法选出33例为对照组并实施宫腔镜下清宫手术;其余33例为观察组并实施宫腹腔镜联合治疗,记录两组患者血β-HCG恢复正常时间和月经恢复正常时间,比较分析临床疗效。结果:观察组患者血β-HCG恢复正常时间和月经恢复正常时间均明显较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率明显较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腹腔镜联合治疗在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者中具有较高的应用效果,可大大缩短血β-HCG恢复正常时间和月经恢复正常时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of hysteroscopy combined with cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:66 caesarean scar pregnancy patients treated in our hospital were selected,and the experiment was carried out from January 2019 to February 2020.A random blind selection method selected 33 cases as a group,namely the control group,and performed hysteroscopic uterine evacuation;The other 33 cases were divided into one group,the observation group and the combined treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.The recovery time of bloodβ-HCG and menstruation in the two groups were recorded,and the clinical effects were compared and analyzed.Results:The recovery time of bloodβ-HCG and menstruation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy has a high application effect in cesarean scar pregnancy patients,which can greatly shorten the time for bloodβ-HCG to return to normal and menstruation to return to normal.
