新型脊柱复位器联合PVP治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折的应用分析

Application Analysis of A New Type of Spinal Reductor Combined with PVP in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture

目的:分析胸腰椎压缩骨折患者联合应用新型脊柱复位器与经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年5月本院收治的82例胸腰椎压缩骨折患者为研究对象,按入院顺序将其分为两组,仅采取PVP治疗的为对照组,联合应用新型脊柱复位器与PVP治疗的为观察组。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者术中骨水泥用量明显高于对照组,治疗后60d的椎体前缘压缩率、ODI及VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,差异明显,P<0.05。结论:新型脊柱复位器联合PVP治疗能够促进胸腰椎压缩骨折患者椎体前缘压缩率的恢复,在缓解其疼痛症状的同时,积极改善脊柱功能状态。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture with a novel spinal reduction device and PVP(percutaneous vertebroplasty).Methods:82 patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the admission order.Those who received only PVP treatment were the control group,and those who received combined treatment with new spinal reducers and PVP treatment were the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative amount of bone cement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the anterior vertebral compression rate,ODI and VAS pain score on 60 days after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new spinal reduction device combined with PVP can promote the recovery of the compression rate of the anterior vertebral edge in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture.It is worthy of attention to improve the spinal function while relieving the pain symptoms.
