瓷贴面、树脂充填在上前牙切角缺损修复的临床价值对比

Comparison of Clinical Value of Porcelain Veneer and Resin Filling in the Repair of Anterior Incisor Defect

目的:对比上前牙切角缺损修复采用瓷贴面、树脂充填治疗的临床效果和价值。方法:随机择取2019年5月~2020年5月在本院进行上前牙切角缺损修复治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,按照数字表达法均分成两组,将其中接受树脂充填修复的50例患者纳入对照组,另外接受瓷贴面修复的50例患者作为观察组,对比两组上前牙切角缺损修复患者的治疗有效率与并发症发生率。结果:经过不同修复治疗后,观察组治疗有效率96%、并发症发生率为4%;对照组治疗有效率为70%、并发症发生率为22%,两组上前牙切角缺损修复患者的临床修复效果和并发症发生率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗上前牙切角缺损修复采用瓷贴面的作用效果明显高于树脂充填的修复治疗效果,不仅仅恢复了患者牙齿的正常功能,还不影响美观程度。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect and value of porcelain veneer and resin filling in the repair of anterior incisor defect.Methods:Randomly selected 100 patients who underwent repair treatment of incisor defect of upper anterior teeth in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups according to the number expression method.Among them,50 patients who received resin filling repair were included in the control group,and 50 patients who received porcelain veneer repair were used as the observation group to compare the treatment efficiency and complication rate of the two groups of patients with upper anterior incisor defect repair.Results:After different repair treatments,the treatment effective rate was 96%and the complication rate was 4%in the observation group.In the control group,the effective rate was 70%and the incidence of complications was 22%.There were statistically significant differences in the clinical repair effect and incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of porcelain veneer in the treatment of upper anterior incisor defect is significantly higher than that of resin filling.It not only restores the normal function of the patient’s teeth,but also does not affect the aesthetics.
