血液灌流联合血液透析仪治疗尿毒症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis Instrument on Uremia

目的:探讨血液灌流联合血液透析仪治疗尿毒症的临床效果。方法:选择2017年10月~2019年10月本院收治的尿毒症患者70例作为研究对象,随机分组各35例,对照组行血流透析治疗,观察组行血液灌流联合血液透析仪治疗,测定肾功能及血脂水平变化。结果:治疗前,两组肾功能及血脂水平比较无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后观察组Scr、BUN、β2-MG显著低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组TC、TG显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针对尿毒症患者采取血液灌流联合血液透析仪治疗可有效改善肾功能,减轻肾损害,控制血脂,稳定病情,治疗价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis instrument in the treatment of uremia.Methods:70 uremia patients admitted from October 2017 to October 2019were selected as study subjects,35 were randomized each,control group underwent hemodialysis treatment,observation group underwent blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis instrument to determine the changes in renal function and blood lipid levels.Results:Before treatment,the renal function and blood lipid level of the two groups were not statistically significant,P>0.05;After treatment,the Scr,BUN,β2-MG of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the observation group TC,TG was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can effectively improve renal function,reduce kidney damage,control blood lipids,stabilize the condition of uremic patients,and the treatment value is high.
