血液涂片联合全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用

Application of Blood Smear Combined with Automatic Blood Cell Analyzer in Blood Routine Examination

目的:对血液涂片联合全自动血细胞分析仪应用于血常规检验中的应用价值进行分析。方法:选择2020年1月~2020年12月来本院接受血常规检验的200例患者作为研究对象,采集患者的血液标本,分别采用血液涂片和全自动血细胞分析仪两种方法实施血常规检验,并对其各自的诊断阳性率进行计算,同时对血液涂片联合全自动血细胞分析仪诊断结果与两种方法单独使用的诊断结果进行对照比较。结果:采用血液涂片联合全自动血细胞分析仪检测各血液细胞的检测阳性率和检测值均略高于血液涂片,同时显著高于全自动血细胞分析仪(除中性粒细胞计数检测值外),前两者的与全自动血细胞分析仪检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过血液涂片联合全自动血细胞分析仪实施血常规检验,可以发挥互补优势,提高诊断效果。

Objective:To analyze the application value of blood smear combined with automatic blood cell analyzer in routine blood test.Method:Select 200 patients who came to our hospital for routine blood test from January 2020 to December 2020 as the research objects.Collect blood samples from the patients and use blood smears and automatic blood cell analyzers to perform routine blood tests.The positive rate of each diagnosis is calculated,and the diagnosis result of blood smear combined with automatic blood cell analyzer is compared with the diagnosis result of the two methods alone.Results:The positive rate and detection value of each blood cell detected by blood smear combined with automatic blood cell analyzer were slightly higher than that of blood smear,and significantly higher than that of automatic blood cell analyzer(except for the detection value of neutrophil count)),compared with the detection results of the first two with the automatic blood cell analyzer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of routine blood test through blood smear combined with automatic blood cell analyzer can play a complementary advantage and improve the diagnostic effect.
