摘要 目的:研究检测ADP及联合检测ADP、Glu、HbA1c对糖尿病诊断的价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月收治的75例糖尿病患者为观察组,同期75例体检健康者为对照组,检测ADP、Glu、HbA1c水平,进行对比分析和相关性分析,并绘制ROC曲线。结果:观察组的Glu、HbA1c水平明显高于对照组,ADP水平低于对照组,随着Glu、HbA1c浓度升高,ADP浓度呈下降趋势;ADP与Glu、HbA1c呈显著负相关;观察组Glu、HbA1c、ADP指标的阳性率均高于对照组,分别为89.3%、88%、53.3%;ROC曲线分析结果表明Glu、HbA1c、ADP以及联合检测诊断糖尿病的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.881、0.120、0.876、0.986。结论:Glu、HbA1c和ADP联合检测能提高糖尿病的检测率,可为糖尿病诊断、治疗和干预提供重要依据。 Objective:To study the value of ADP and combined detection ADP,Glu,HbA1c in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods:75 diabetic patients from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and 75 healthy subjects were taken as the control group.The ADP,Glu,HbA1c level was detected,compared and correlated,and the ROC curve was drawn.Results:The Glu,HbA1c level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the ADP level was lower than that of the control group,and the ADP concentration decreased with the increase of the Glu and HbA1c concentration.The positive rate of the Glu,HbA1c,ADP index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group 89.3%,88%,53.3%respectively.The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve was 0.881,0.120,0.876 and 0.986 respectively.Conclusion:Glu,HbA1c combined with ADP can improve the detection rate of diabetes,provide important basis for diagnosis,treatment and intervention of diabetes.
