医院低值医用耗材精细化管理的作用研究

基于我国医疗卫生体制的全面改革,如何进行运行成本的合理管控成为医院发展的重点关注问题。作为医院成本管理中的一环,低值耗材的管理成效直接影响到医院成本管控有效性,所以要想进一步优化医院物资管理成效,需重视对低值耗材管理的优化。鉴于此,对医院低值耗材管理中存在的问题进行深度剖析,并结合医院实际探讨精细化管理模式在低值耗材中的具体应用,以期促进医院物资管理效果的提升。

Based on the comprehensive reform of China’s medical and health system,how to carry out reasonable control of operating costs has become a key concern for the development of hospitals.As a link in hospital cost management,the management effect of low-value consumables directly affects the effectiveness of hospital cost control.Therefore,in order to further optimize the management effect of hospital materials,it is necessary to pay attention to the optimization of low-value consumables management.In view of this,this paper firstly makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the management of low-value consumables in hospitals,and discusses the specific application of fine management mode in low-value consumables in combination with the actual situation of hospitals,in order to promote the improvement of the management effect of hospital materials.
