口腔科器械消毒管理模式对医院交叉感染的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Disinfection Management Mode of Stomatological Instruments on Nosocomial Infection

目的:对口腔科器械消毒管理模式对医院交叉感染的影响进行研究与探讨。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年3月本院收治的部分口腔科患者作为本次的研究对象,共计94例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组患者使用的口腔科器械以常规模式进行消毒,观察组患者使用的器械以优质消毒模式进行消毒。对两组患者的感染率、两组医护人员进行消毒管理工作前后的相关知识技能评分进行组间对比。结果:观察组患者的感染率明显低于对照组患者,且观察组医护人员的知识技能评分在实施优质消毒模式后显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化口腔科器械消毒管理模式有助于降低患者的感染风险,提高医护人员相关知识与技能,对于为患者提供更优质更安全的服务意义重大。

Objective:To study and discuss the influence of disinfection management mode of dental equipment on hospital cross infection.Methods:A total of 94 patients in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,47 cases each.The dental instruments used in the control group were sterilized in the conventional mode,and the instruments used in the observation group were sterilized in the high-quality disinfection mode.The infection rate of the two groups and the scores of knowledge and skills before and after disinfection management were compared.Results:The infection rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the knowledge and skill scores of the medical staff in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group after the implementation of the high-quality disinfection mode(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the disinfection management mode of dental equipment is helpful to reduce the risk of infection of patients and improve the knowledge and skills of medical staff.It is of great significance to provide better and safer services for patients.
