摘要 为提高含稳定乳化层原油的破乳效率,通过有机溶剂分离、红外、族组成分析,全面剖析了原油乳化层稳定存在的主要原因,并针对乳化层开展破乳试验。结果表明:乳化层稳定存在的原因是乳化层较原油层含有更多胶质、沥青质成分,加之油井前期措施化学药剂残留,使原油乳化层稳定存在,含稳定乳化层原油需升高破乳温度,增加破乳时间、增大油水搅拌频率,以达到完全破乳效果。 In order to improve the demulsification efficiency of crude oil with stable emulsified layer,the main reasons for the stability of crude oil emulsified layer are comprehensively analyzed through organic solvent separation,infrared spectroscopy and group composition analysis,and demulsification tests were carried out for the emulsified layer.The results show that the reason for the stable existence of the emulsified layer is that the emulsified layer contains more gum and asphaltene components than the original oil layer,and the chemical residues in the early stage of the oil well.The crude oil with stable emulsified layer needs to increase the demulsification temperature,demulsification time and oil-water mixing frequency to achieve complete demulsification.
